Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers and service providers. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing guidance to service providers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing a professional and courteous experience

  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and thoughtful manner
  • Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
  • Collaborate with the remote team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilize technology to communicate with team members, participate in training sessions, and attend virtual meetings

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and web chat platforms
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Familiarity with household maintenance and cleaning services, or a related industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote team environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication tools and platforms
