Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist customers with account-related questions, claims, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
  • Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
