Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat interfaces, such as Facebook Messenger, on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Answer customer queries about products and services, often using pre-prepared responses from a detailed knowledge base
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Work independently, leveraging your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in using live chat interfaces, such as Facebook Messenger
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
