Key Responsibilities

As an Account Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

Commercial Enterprise Boom

+ Develop and deliver on a method for managing vendors for Amazon Retail US, driving growth and excellence in commercial enterprise strategy + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs to identify and implement key performance metrics that drive increase and enhance the customer experience + Manage and deliver against complex goals, balancing short-term promotional partner desires with long-term strategic funding + Identify new opportunities across a large number of manufacturers, develop and execute mission plans to drive growth and excellence

Courting Control

+ Build and cultivate relationships with dealers to your team's portfolio, serving as a trusted consultant and commercial enterprise advocate + Analyze vendor delight survey results to investigate trends, set up improvement plans, and control expectations with account managers

Process Excellence

+ Utilize patron feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to contribute to the strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling companions' experience running with Amazon + Identify and optimize areas of unnecessary technique or inefficiencies, working to simplify and scale upgrades that benefit a massive set of customers

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)

  • 3+ years of client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze facts and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers

Desired Qualifications

* Experience aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate overall performance drivers and discover insights

  • Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication

Skills and Competencies

* Strong commercial enterprise strategy development and vendor management skills

  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive insights to inform business decisions
