Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Overnight (Work From Home) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support during overnight hours. Your typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our customers' lives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support during overnight hours, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Use strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs and concerns.
• Utilize knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Work independently to resolve customer issues and make decisions in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

• 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone.

• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Education

* Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
