Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing CVS data entry operations in a Work From Home (WFH) setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts. You will work closely with our team to maintain data integrity and confidentiality, while also contributing to the development and implementation of quality management (QM) initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Manage CVS data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts

• Conduct thorough reviews of clinical and administrative data, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
• Participate in the development and implementation of QM Work Plan exercises, including quality item and administration processes
• Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
• Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans
• Create review tools for all populations and maintain information sections on all review tools
• Participate in QM meetings and contribute to the development of quality management guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data entry operations

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social sciences)

• At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications

* RN or LPN clinical record QM evaluating experience or case management experience

• High level of scrutiny and attention to detail
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
