Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and turning website traffic into leads. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Providing in-depth information about products and services, including appointment scheduling and follow-up
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus
• A positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Have gaming experience (a plus)
