Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim
  • Listening, solving problems, answering questions, and working with customers to find a resolution
  • Using your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Utilizing technology to multi-task and manage calls efficiently
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A relentless drive to provide exceptional customer service, always striving to exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task using technology while handling calls, with a high level of proficiency in software and systems
  • A minimum high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service

Schedule and Availability

We're hiring for the following schedules:

  • Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
  • This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts
  • Shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
  • We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the value of your hard work and dedication

Training and Development

When you start, we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success:

  • Our training program is a combination of virtual "class room" and "on the job" training, typically lasting 6 weeks but may vary in duration
  • Class room training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break
  • Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in your role as a Customer Care Professional
