Job Summary

As a Virtual Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues with orders and payments, and helping customers find the information they need to process their orders successfully. This is a fully remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat

  • Resolve issues with orders and payments, including checking Amazon payments and resolving simple issues
  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts
  • Help customers find the information they need to process their orders successfully
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to escalate pain points and improve customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
