Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to lead our strategic initiatives and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
• Leading cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and achieve strategic objectives
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth
• Staying up-to-date with industry-leading best practices and emerging trends in data science and analytics
• Collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth
• Managing budgets and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals
• Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team
• Developing and implementing training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
• Building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and creativity

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with data analysis and statistical programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, and SAS
• Strong knowledge of data science and analytics tools and techniques, including machine learning and data visualization
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a business setting
• At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following capabilities would be a plus:

• Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
• Experience communicating at the executive level
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and leading business initiatives
