Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional – Enterprise Data Strategy & Risk Management

As a member of our Enterprise Data Strategy team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive innovation and bring arenaflex to the forefront of the data economy. You'll work closely with our Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize our risk management processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the development of innovative and impactful strategies through our strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence

• Support the Enterprise Data Strategy throughout the customer lifecycle via data-driven and risk-based total principles
• Analyze present and new data assets to identify opportunities to optimize our data solutions & purchases and address business needs
• Review and display data quality, integrity, and freshness
• Analyze present data to develop metrics with the intention of providing robust controls and insights
• Collaborate with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data exchange processes
• Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
• Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
• Have consultative skills capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment

Competencies and Experience:

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at high speed

• Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
• Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with big data and cloud environments
• Experience in a financial services company in data or process function
• Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data assets preferred
• Master's Degree or higher required, concentration in a quantitative discipline preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fluid environment
