Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Efficiently and effectively managing a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by determining customer needs and providing solutions
- Providing customer contact via phone and email
- Working a 5pm-Midnight shift, with variable schedules and overtime as necessary
- Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work one Saturday a month
- Open to working a 5pm-Midnight shift
