The Role

As a Part-Time LiveChat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely, professional, and personalized support to our customers via live chat. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer issues and complaints to their satisfaction, while also providing product and service information, tracking customer interactions, and staying up-to-date on the latest product and service information.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Track and manage customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product and service information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the live chat platform.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Previous experience in a live chat or customer support role.

  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and other customer support tools.
