Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a positive and respectful community on our official Discord server. You'll be responsible for moderating chat, enforcing community guidelines, and ensuring that all users have a safe and enjoyable experience. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who value work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Moderating chat on our official Discord server, including deleting messages that violate community guidelines
- Banning users who repeatedly violate community guidelines
- Muting users who have violated community guidelines
- Investigating reports made by users about violations of community guidelines
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to users
- Staying up-to-date with community trends and best practices in community management
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with Discord and community management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in community management or moderation
- Knowledge of community guidelines and policies

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
