Your Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist - Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to returns, re-ordering, and other general support topics
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's services and offerings
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and respectful
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Job Highlights

No fixed term, allowing you to work on your own schedule and enjoy the flexibility of remote work

Rate:

$35 per hour, competitive compensation for your skills and experience

Requirements:
