What You'll Be Doing
As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary duties will include:

- Providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions to customer concerns
- Offering sales links and discounts to customers, as needed
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support and a positive customer experience

Essential Qualifications:
