Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our AdTech Customer Data & Identity team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive customer identity system across AdTech platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop a cutting-edge customer identity system that improves personalized customer experiences and drives targeted advertising efforts

• Apply expertise in customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our customers, enabling precise ad targeting and activation on DSPs
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet arenaflex's technical and business requirements
• Work closely with our marketing, IT, and data analysis teams to drive strategy and achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in a software development role, with a focus on data-driven applications
• 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management, with a strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers
• Proven track record of designing and developing large-scale AdTech systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
• Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

* Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• Experience working in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment
• Familiarity with data clean room technologies and online customer data security practices
• Experience with consent and identity management tools
