Job Summary
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Online Chat Specialists to join our team as full-time remote workers. As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via online chat software. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers daily, and helping them navigate our Amazon store with ease.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide quick and accurate assistance to customers via online chat software
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service
- Hand multiple incoming requests for information in a timely and efficient manner
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an online chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in online chat software and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
