A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and transition between them throughout your day, receiving incoming inquiries and reaching out by phone, email, or chat. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to empathize with clients, will turn every interaction into a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers on behalf of our clients

• Work with various client programs, transitioning between them throughout your day
• Receive incoming inquiries and reach out by phone, email, or chat
• Deliver exceptional contact center services, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation about all communication with clients
• Collaborate with your team to resolve complex issues and provide support

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• One year of customer service or call center experience
• Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
• Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent customer service skills

Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule:

* Flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions

• Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week
• At least one weekend day is required
• This is a work-from-home call center position
