About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, digitally engaging with members (users) and helping them find the right healthcare for their needs. This role requires a passion for providing quality service and helping people solve their problems. You'll become an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and the needs of our members, making you an ideal candidate for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefit and find the right provider
- Follow best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements as needed
- Maintain a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
- Relay member feedback to product and operations teams to improve arenaflex's solution
- Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs
- Maintain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree
- Passion for helping people solve their problems, with an ability to think creatively and empathetically and stay calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness
- Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
