The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. You'll be responsible for responding to customer queries and resolving issues via various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and social media. Your exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat, email, video, phone, and social media channels

  • Escalate serious complaints or issues that require immediate attention
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues
  • Identify common problems and escalate them to management, along with suggestions for improvement
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
  • Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and services
  • Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced
  • Attend workshops and meetings as required
  • Provide training to new customer service agents
  • Respect client confidentiality at all times

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous
  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak a second language may be advantageous
  • Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, when required
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
