Position Overview
As a Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be working remotely, connecting with our customers through live chat, phone, email, and social media. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support, resolving issues, and making recommendations that exceed our customers' expectations. Our Specialists are the heart of our business, and we're looking for empathetic, positive, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Act as the voice of arenaflex, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening and offering creative solutions
- Share customer feedback and information with other team members to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
- Take ownership for the experience you're delivering with every customer
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
Requirements
* Prior customer service experience is a must
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks
- Flexibility and reliability to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot on the fly
- Passion for beauty and wellness
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
