Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our Client Insightful Center product. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences
- Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Client Insightful Center
- Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
- Characterize and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to quantify success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
- Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing methodologies
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 9 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Experience with web development frameworks, including React or Angular
- Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and experience with implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- Experience with assistive technologies and incorporating accessibility features seamlessly into products
Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing methodologies
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
