Experienced Assembling Specialist – Server Farm Equipment Manufacturing

As an Assembling Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in assessing product designs and creating the processes, tools, and systems behind arenaflex's robust search technology. With your expertise, you'll ensure that the different components of arenaflex's infrastructure fit together seamlessly and keep our systems running smoothly for a consistent user experience.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Assembling Specialist to join our Manufacturing Team at arenaflex. As an Assembling Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems for our server farm equipment. You'll work closely with our Ware Directors and Configuration Architects to identify Google's framework needs and product specifications. Your work will ensure that the different parts of arenaflex's infrastructure fit together flawlessly and keep our systems humming along smoothly for a consistent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems for server farm equipment

• Collaborate with Ware Directors and Configuration Architects to identify Google's framework needs and product specifications
• Ensure that the different parts of arenaflex's infrastructure fit together seamlessly and keep our systems running smoothly for a consistent user experience
• Lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and design requirements with internal clients
• Guide projects through the entire project lifecycle, using knowledge of the tools, processes, and methods used to build and scale high-volume manufacturing and assembly activities
• Be an esteemed partner to the new product development team through industry expertise, experience identifying and qualifying advanced manufacturing procedures, and understanding into Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback
• Use Item Information Management (PDM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Designing Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O)
• Lead the Item Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to adjust figure and BOM structures

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science

• At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Designing, Cycle Designing, Assembling Designing, or similar relevant experience
• At least 10 years of experience as an Assembling, Quality, Reliability, or Product Designer
• At least 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• At least 5 years of experience in planning and execution of civil high-voltage applications in server farm development

Preferred Qualifications:

* Graduate degree in Science or a related field

• Experience directing yield improvements and process duration decreases for high-volume and high-complexity parts
• Experience with LEAN... Assembling/5S/8D practices
• Experience in charging server farms
• Ability to impact the product electrical design and assembly process
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
