Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Data Entry & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our user-friendly CRM system. Ensure that all data is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Schedule Appointments: Help our sales and service teams stay on track by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring clear communication of meeting details.
- Booking & Coordination: Assist clients in planning their perfect trip by booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities tailored to their needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client feels valued.
- Travel Advisory: Share your expertise by offering advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Problem Solving: Handle any bumps in the road with grace, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions to keep clients' travels on track.
