Join our Crew Amex and lead the way
As a member of our Crew Amex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference. With over 5 million surveys received from customers each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
- Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
- Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency.
- Collaborating with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3 years.
- Active collaboration with dating managers/product proprietors for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
