Responsibilities

As a live chat support agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues
  • Offering sales links and promotional codes to customers to enhance their shopping experience and encourage sales
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer support and efficient issue resolution
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the customer support team

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively address customer concerns and provide accurate information
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex information
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your own workload and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately execute tasks and follow instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple live chat conversations simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Have experience working in a customer support role, either in-person or remotely
  • Possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Are located in the United States, with proximity to the target audience facilitating a better understanding of their needs and cultural context
  • Have experience working with live chat software and social media platforms
