This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's driving the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller.
• Working closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Providing big statistics and batch/actual-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
• Powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
• Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency.
