The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Fresno, CA location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and communicating with clients in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner. This is an onsite position only, with no remote work options available.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner
- Transfer calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers
- Maintain an above-average attendance record
- Follow established standard operating procedures
- Work additional shifts as needed
- Collaborate with medical staff, veterans, and elderly clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions and data
Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma required
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized
- Ability to work well with medical staff, veterans, and elderly clients
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience working in a medical facility or with veterans
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
