Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and skilled problem solvers to join our team as Online Chat Specialists. As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via online chat software. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and creating a positive experience that will keep them coming back.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via online chat software, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
• Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Continuously demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service
• Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to resolve complex customer issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communication, or business) preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online or call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in online chat software and other customer support tools
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with Amazon's customer service policies and procedures
