Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, meet key performance indicators, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities

* Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts to fulfill orders, address inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process and manage order forms, including payment processing, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Identify, escalate, and route issues to the appropriate resources, and follow up as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Properly document each customer interaction in the tracking system and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide support for customer applications, e-learning offerings, and special projects as required.
  • Meet assigned KPIs, comply with relevant laws and organizational policies, and assist with system enhancements and procedure updates.

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score
  • Average Handling Time (AHT)
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, versatility, and multi-tasking
  • Proven accuracy in completing repetitive tasks
  • Punctuality, adherence to schedule, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Background check
  • Drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Training and Onboarding

* Comprehensive 90-day training program in our Orlando office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Training will cover customer service skills, product knowledge, and arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Upon successful completion of training, you'll transition to a fully remote role with flexible scheduling
