Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through inbound calls, emails, and online chats
  • Resolving technical issues and billing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of social media content

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
