Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling in-home service appointments with one of our trained Appliance Repair Technicians
• Effectively communicating with customers to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed
• Ordering and receiving parts to ensure efficient use of company materials
• Entering data into our company software to track customer interactions and service appointments
