Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, so it's essential that you can communicate effectively and clearly.
