Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email channels. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals. Responsibilities
