What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Live Chat FULLY REMOTE, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling Incoming Calls and Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and make outbound calls for follow-up and upselling.
  • Preparing Account Changes and Troubleshooting: Effectively troubleshoot customer issues, prepare account changes, and resolve billing issues.
