Key Responsibilities
* Be the hero for our clients by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide expert assistance with bookings, itineraries, and destination information
- Help clients navigate any bumps in the road by handling modifications, cancellations, and refunds with care and efficiency
- Turn challenges into opportunities by resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with our awesome team of travel agents and specialists to ensure top-notch service

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
