About the Role

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to sort, file, and review reports and documents, operate computers, and oversee data entry input and output. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Sorts and files various reports and documents accurately and efficiently

• Operates computers and oversees the operation of data entry input and output to ensure processing by schedule
• Reviews immunization records for screening purposes only, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Monitors registration turnaround times and assists with data entry and compilation
• May be responsible for reviewing and updating data entry processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborates with team members to resolve data entry issues and improve overall data quality
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to arenaflex's data protection policies

Working Conditions

The position is physically comfortable most of the time, with occasional periods of stooping, bending, and/or light lifting of materials up to 10 pounds. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with regular check-ins and virtual meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Minimum Requirements

* EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: + Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and mathematical functions as might be acquired through specialized training of up to 9 months of education or training beyond the high school level + May have simple vocational competence in the operation of mechanical or electronic equipment

• CERTIFICATION:

+ May be required to pass a City administered typing test with a typing speed of 50 words per minute with no more than 5 errors

• EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

+ Two (2) years of data entry experience or clerical/secretarial experience with a heavy volume of typing are required

• LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

+ None

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (English/Spanish), with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages

• Working knowledge of quality management and quality improvement methodologies
• Excellent written, oral, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, diverse assignments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and other basic email and web software
