Job Description

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues
• Communicating internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer service
• Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions as needed
• Troubleshooting common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software
• Assisting colleagues and managers with various tasks as needed

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues

• Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer service
• Document and update customer records based on interactions as needed
• Understand internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers
• Internally assist colleagues and managers with various other tasks that may arise

Key Qualifications

* Must reside in the United States

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass a background check
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
• Must be proactive and able to prioritize work
• Ability to build rapport with clients with superior customer service skills
• Must have the minimum equipment requirements

Minimum Equipment Requirements

* Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space

• Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (Mac is also acceptable with a minimum i5)
• Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (No wireless) Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload

Paid Training and Certification

• Quarterly reviews with the opportunity for an increase in pay on every review
