Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts on behalf of our clients. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complex issues, and provide a positive experience for our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Offering sales links and discounts to customers
  • Resolving complex issues and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with our team to improve our live chat processes and procedures

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while following instructions
  • Dependable internet connection
  • Familiarity with social media and website chat features (smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer)

  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Hours and Location

As a part-time remote Live Chat Assistant, you'll work 15 hours per week. We're hiring candidates from the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. You'll have the flexibility to work from home and choose your own schedule, as long as you meet the required hours.

Work Schedule
