What You'll Be Doing

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information
  • Assisting customers in making informed decisions and resolving their issues
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information to provide expert support

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat software

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide expert support
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to improve support processes
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer support experience; experience in a call center or live chat environment a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
