Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI Model Development and Deployment

As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a crucial role in directing the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX).

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of AI models for our attractions. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our data science team to design, implement, and maintain data-driven systems that deliver exceptional visitor experiences. You'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions, driving innovation and growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design, implement, and maintain data-driven systems that deliver exceptional visitor experiences

• Lead and work with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions, driving innovation and growth through data-driven insights
• Drive innovation, idea generation, and proof-of-concept development to grow top-tier AI stages
• Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team
• Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
• Productionize ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews

Required Capabilities and Abilities

* 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more

• 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
• Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile development methodologies
• Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets
• 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
• Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and determination to complete responsibilities
• Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience with Docker

• Experience with control frameworks
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud stage
• Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
• Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
• Experience with audio analysis
• Experience with text analysis

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field

• Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field
