What You'll Do
As a live chat customer support agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through live chat on our websites and social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, and guiding customers through their purchasing decisions
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
* Working independently, following instructions precisely, and committing to at least 10+ hours per week
