Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your ability to listen, learn, and resolve customer inquiries will make all the difference in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling when necessary
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with a variety of software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales or upselling
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
