Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team. As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with record groups and contracting to identify and segregate changes resulting from over/under payment practices and incorporate these into actual to-anticipated results.
- Aid the development of convenient, creative, objective analysis that leads to truth-based answers for key business issues.
- Provide client support to internal and external clients, including satisfying quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with peers in Sales, Finance, Regulation, Contracting, and Contract Management to drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a automated process to identify data and interaction integrity issues. Provide detailed recommendations for issue resolution. Identify both upstream and downstream effects of recognized issues and communicate with affected parties.
- Plan and present standard and ad-hoc service reports and presentations for projects. Utilize query-based tools to create and run queries used for data mining and analysis to support other work responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.
- Perform specific tasks identified in the compliance monitoring system, including assessment of definitions, cost increase maintenance, and organization ID.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders to ensure quality standards for services.
Essential Capabilities
* Experience working with internal and external resources to aid the development of processes and project designs that meet division objectives within budget and established timelines.
- Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders to ensure quality standards for services.
- Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to determine issues to ensure completed goals and it is necessary to decide when acceleration of issues.
- Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/coordinating and tracking details and meeting time constraints of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues.
- Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or anomalies to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- High-level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using Normal function, combining and focusing cells, printing focused page, and creating a pivot table).
- High-level ability in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., changing picture styles, altering animation, and setting automatic slide timings).
- High-level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., adding engineer tab, creating a full-scale, designing table style, embedding comments, or creating a mail merge).
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Capabilities
* Graduate degree
- Four-year certification in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems.
- Knowledge of advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.).
- Experience with system administration (e.g., Master, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.).
- Experience with business intelligence tools alongside data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, Master, etc.).
- Experience with teach, coach, and train staff.
- Knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Benefit Consultancy, or Managed Care organization.
- Experience with working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization.
- Knowledge of pharmacy industry pricing.
- Experience with project management (e.g., planning, coordinating, and overseeing resources to achieve the effective completion of specific project objectives and goals).
- Knowledge of systems like Cure and GIS.
- Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, and data warehouse management.
- Experience in a data warehouse/business intelligence/decision support network climate or IT experience.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and data mining methods.
