Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving issues efficiently with a focus on one-call resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Communicating effectively and empathetically with customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Meeting performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer service mail and secure data with care, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Care Specialist I, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work independently, yet as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance goals

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with a focus on Spanish language proficiency
