The Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Our dedicated team of leaders and peers will support you every step of the way, providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and support to resolve issues
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask
- A proven track record of solving problems and meeting goals
- Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on continuous learning and development
Requirements to Work from Home
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
- A hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
