Schedule Requirements
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working on a part-time schedule that requires you to be available for 20 hours per week. These hours must be between Monday and Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pm. We understand that flexibility is key, and we're happy to accommodate your needs while ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
* Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
* Managing customer portfolios
* Organizing the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
* Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
* Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
* Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
* Recommending process improvements where applicable
* Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity

* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong prioritization and time-management skills
* Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask
