Job Summary

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' callers. You'll work in a virtual, remote environment, using your skills and expertise to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience: Preferably in a telephone-based or call center environment.
  • Ability to type 40 wpm or higher: With an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Moderate proficiency in computer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting: Familiarity with Windows-based PCs and Chrome as the primary internet browser.
  • Ability to complete online certification: Using resources provided by arenaflex, with minimal assistance.
  • Pleasant, enthusiastic phone presence: With attention to intonation, diction, and inflection.
  • Ability to read scripting: Provided by our clients verbatim.
  • Previous experience working in a remote atmosphere: Preferred but not required.
  • Ability to successfully clear a criminal background check: A requirement for all arenaflex contractors.

Office Environment

Your workspace must be in an appropriate, private location, free from background noises. You'll need to ensure that your workspace meets arenaflex's security and compatibility requirements, including:

  • Computer and other equipment: Meeting arenaflex's specifications, including a Windows-based PC, high-speed internet, and a landline for business use.
  • Audit of work environments: Arenaflex may conduct audits to ensure compliance with our requirements.

Computer Requirements

To work as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Windows-based PC: With anti-malware security software.
  • Minimum 2 GB RAM: CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent).
  • Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater: To ensure optimal performance.

Internet Requirements

You'll need to have:

  • Minimum bandwidth requirements: 10Mbps Upload and 25 Mbps Download.
  • Cable, DSL, or FiOS: As your primary internet connection.

Shift and Work Location

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll work in a virtual, remote environment, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule. You'll be available to work:

  • Day shift: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 1 am.
  • Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm.
  • Night shift: Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 9 pm.
  • Overnight shift: Monday to Friday, 9 pm to 5 am.
