What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer care by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, taking ownership of visits, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients
- Evaluating technical issues, offering solutions via phone whenever possible, and escalating to the Service Manager on a case-by-case basis
- Accurately recording client concerns and information into the arenaflex Management System and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
- Managing exchanges, guiding clients through repairs, and summarizing work performed
- Keeping clients informed with completion times, providing regular updates, and ensuring thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status
- Effectively coordinating vehicle details pre-delivery and post-delivery/conveyance times with clients; following up to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, including experience with tools, materials, and processes
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with careful attention to detail, and proficiency in Vendor Management System(s), Standpoint, and MS Office
- Proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive innovations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet business-critical time constraints
- A valid driver's license is required

Compensation offered may vary based on individualized factors, including market area, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications. The total compensation package for this position may also include additional components dependent on the position advertised.
